In order to alleviate the need for scrolling on this screen (which should always be a goal of GUI developers), I recommend changing the five-line format to six lines. This way, the driver won't have to scroll down just to select City Center. Using the six-button format would also be consistent with the proposed page format for Settings > More... .
I also recommend assigning a voice command to each of the menu selections on this page ("Previous Start Point Destination," "Destination by Stored Route," "Destination by Phone Number," "Destination by Freeway Entrance," "Destination by Freeway Exit," "Destination by Intersection," "City Center Destination."). However, if the preceding suggested phrases are too complex, then I recommend allowing the above nav buttons to be valid verbal choices after saying, "Destination". Just as one can currently say "Destination ... Home" and "Destination ... Address Book", one should be able to say "Destination ... Intersection" and "Destination ... City Center" with all relevant prompts following.
