In order to alleviate the need for scrolling on this screen (which should always be a goal of GUI developers), I recommend changing the five-line format to six lines. Since the current 'Settings > Others' screen has seven total selections, I removed Image Viewer (currently hidden below the scroll) since that does not link to a page of 'Image Viewer' settings, but rather to a screen that actually allows one to view images stored on a USB memory stick. I recommend moving Image Viewer to the Display screen (which can be accessed either by navigating to Settings > More... > Display or by pressing the 'Display' console button).
The only change I made to the order was moving Voice Recognition above Language & Units since the latter is typically only used when a driver first configures his/her vehicle, while the former has some settings that one might reasonably want to adjust from time to time.
Finally, I recommend assigning a voice command to each of the menu selections on this page ("Display," "Comfort Settings," "Clock Settings," "Voice Recognition Settings," "Language and Unit Settings," "Backup Camera Settings").
